Introducing our Barossa Wine Chapters Auctioneer; ‘Baron of Barossa’ Andrew Caillard, MW

One of Australia’s leading wine authorities, Andrew Caillard, MW’s impressive career in the wine industry has spanned over 20 years and four countries. Andrew has earned the coveted distinction of ‘Master of Wine’ (MW), an honour earnt by just 353 people globally.

Andrew co-founded Langton’s Fine Wine in 1989, Australia’s premier wine house specialising in the auction of the best wines from around the world. He is a long-standing columnist for Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine magazine, in addition to acting as judge at some of the world’s best wine competitions.

Andrew is a proud supporter of Barossa, recognised as a ‘Baron of Barossa’ – a title rarely given to non-Barossans. He will lend his expert knowledge and skill to auctioning our array of rare wines from 60 of the Barossa’s most prestigious and distinguished wineries at our live auction, Friday 21 April, 2017.
