Join the masters of porky bits for an interactive workshop and wine-paired lunch all about the pig at The Barossa Cellar.

From breaking down the beast, how to cure and smoke bacon, make a traditional brawn or fresh chorizo to learning what best to do with those jowley cheeks and how to make the best ribs in town, you’ll go home with recipes to wow your guests.

The chefs and winemaker Dave Lehmann will join you for a delicious Gumshire pork lunch of hot n sour ribs, pork scratchings, tom saap soup, pork katsu with bulldog sauce, Mexican tortillas and apple beignets alongside David Franz wines.
