Eight Barossa wine tourism venues have been named as finalists in the 2020 Great Wine Capitals Best of Wine Tourism Awards.

The awards program celebrates innovation and excellence in wine tourism throughout the ten great wine capitals of the world.

We are very pleased to announce that Barossa finalists are represented in five categories:

Accommodation: Lanzerac Country Estate
Innovative Wine Tourism Experience: St Hugo
Sustainable Wine Tourism Practices: Kalleske Wines, Jacob’s Creek
Wine Tourism Restaurants: Hentley Farm Restaurant
Wine Tourism Services: Elderton, Pindarie, Yalumba Family Winemakers

Winners of the South Australian competition will go on to compete in the International competition, to be announced at the AGM in Bordeaux in November.
